A set of 4 “Argyle” chairs in the style of Charles Rennie Mackintosh. Designed in 1897 for the Luncheon Room of the Argyle Street Tea Rooms in Glasgow. This set features dark stained wood with suede seats. Seats are unattached and simply rest on the wood frame. Manufacturer unknown.

SEAT INTERIOR DEPTH: 15”
SEAT HEIGHT: 17”
ITEM TYPE: Vintage, Antique or Pre-owned
CONDITION: Good vintage condition. Signs of wear as expected with age and use. Structurally sound. Mild patina to the wood throughout. A break to the upper corner of one chair has been repaired by the previous owner (shown in photo). Heavy patina to the suede seats, reupholstery recommended.
